Environment

We sustainably extract and process minerals with a focus on resource conservation, waste management, recycling, and improving water and energy efficiency. Our practices include land rehabilitation and minimizing environmental footprints in the Karoi district. Our processes are mechanical and do not utilise any chemical reagents that may cause harm to the environment

Social

We positively impact communities through direct employment, service provision, and local development initiatives. This includes skills training, infrastructure support, and community engagement to foster economic growth in Zimbabwe.

Our robust Safety, Health, and Environment Management System identifies and mitigates risks, striving for Zero Harm through regular training, safety protocols, and health monitoring.
